Currently Obsessing Over

I've been listening to A Rocket to the Moon for I don't know how long (no really, I have no clue!) Well the boys decided to split this past year and I was heartbroken, but when lead singer Nick Santino said that he had his own music coming out it helped heal the wound. Let me just say: I AM OBSESSED. I was working on a quick essay for one of my classes and Spotify finally put Nick's new EP up. Y'all need to listen to it.

The EP is by Nick Santino and is called The Ones You Meet Along the Way: A Collection of Stories from the Road. You should know that the sound is definitely different from that of ARTTM, but seriously don't let that stop you.

My favorite song? Too Good. It's the last song on the EP and it had me reflecting on life almost immediately and fall in love with the honesty of it. It's not letting me put a video in, but I put a link in that takes you to a low quality YouTube video of it. Seriously, listen to it.

Another thing on my radar: Plastic, a short film that deals with the obsession of body image. I found it last night when I was scrolling through Tumblr and oh my, my it is positively wonderful. Everyone should give it a watch. Trust me, it's worth it.
